Whether it is a second home or a seasonal vacation property, the time and effort to manage them is still considerable.
ACPM will custom design a program to meet only the preferences that you select for the maintenance and security of your home. We will look after your home, and assure that it is maintained as you want it to be.
ACPM will act as the liaison between you, the property owner, and the service contractors needed to meet your needs. We also handle any Home Owners Association matters, with the single goal of resolving any issues or disputes in the best interest of the property owner.
The following represents an example of the responsibilities we might perform for you:
- Provide you with a 24 hour / 365 day per year contact point for any issues relating to the management, maintenance, and security of your property.
- Perform weekly, biweekly, or monthly onsite inspections of your home (or as needed), to insure that your property is being maintained as you would expect it to be.
- Oversee and verify all work being done by your existing contractors (security, lawn care / landscaping, pool maintenance, etc.) or ACPM can provide qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to perform all services related to your property maintenance (usually at a discounted rate).
- Handle any pre hurricane preparation, as well as post hurricane cleanup and repairs if needed. We can also provide before and after video documentation if needed.
Away Services: We will make weekly (or as needed), inspections of your property, and will perform a list of duties including (but not limited to:
- performing both interior and exterior perimeter inspection.
- making sure the alarm system is working properly
- systems check on plumbing/air conditioning
- checking the pool / spa systems
- starting /driving the car
- starting / driving the boat, by United States Coast Guard Licensed Captain
- forwarding of mail
· Part time House Sitter: will randomly (or on requested schedule) spend part of the day, and / or night in the residence, and will perform a set schedule of tasks per your request.
· Full time House Sitter: will reside in the home full time, and will perform a set schedule of responsibilities, per your request.
